Operations & Expansion
Oversaw physical construction, location openings, technology infrastructure, and associated staff supporting expansion across 14 locations in building materials, supply, and related service businesses.
Senior leadership across 53 concurrent congressional campaigns within one organization, with responsibility for messaging, technology, data, digital presence, and staff management.
Complex Programs & Logistics
Contract manager for a $130M defense program, serving as the civilian counterpart to the Department of Defense project manager. Responsibilities included staff, budget, personnel clearance tracking, and reporting to the Navy and Department of Defense three times per week.
Separately, managed weekly supply operations for naval operations in the Channel Islands under a multi-million dollar government contract, including food, water, technical, and medical supplies, inventory verification against manifests, and sign-off for departure.
Technology & Security
Oversaw security, badging, and tracking systems and the installation of facility security systems. Served as the primary point of contact for operational security and data management.
Responsibilities also included opening a new operating location.
